After I brought house I was searching for monthly maintenance for heating and cooling . I was called him first time for heating maintenance work he done is excellent . Cleaning the inner blower fan with vaccum and wipes .checking all wiring . Second time I called him for installing zone control pannel for my smart nest thermostat nice experience that time also .service for cooling system outer unit they will completely wash outside and checking the gas burner and cleaning also good job. Overall I felt happy with is service every time pricing also good.

What a great company!!!! The customer service is phenomenal!!! I reached out to Vishnu over the weekend because my central air did not seem to be cooling as expected. I had a leak in water heater. I got is inspected with couple other vendors and they provided a very high quote to repair OR replace it. Also charged me for an inspection. Vishnu provided a detailed inspection and provided much comparative rates. Impressed with the services provided. Definitely recommend him for all his services.

I contacted Vishnu for a quote for replacing my older air conditioner when it hardly was cooling the house in heat wave last few weeks. He advised me that I get my ac checked first instead of just replacing it. I was surprised considering a different company didn’t even bother to fix or analyze the issue even after collecting $125 and suggested i replace the ac and gave me a very high quote. Vishnu was able to address the issue in no time and also gave me a quote at much better price to use when needed. Among all these hvac companies who are finding ways to extract most out of customers in summer, Vishnu is a genuine person who can be trusted. He will be my go to person for all issues going forward.

My 30 year old boiler gave up right before a major snowstorm 2 months ago. I called up Vishnu and he came right away to have a look. Believe me or not, he was able to fix the issue in that 30 year old boiler, got the parts by himself by calling the distributor and made it up and running. Later on I went ahead and asked him to replace the boiler for which he provided very reasonable quote. Now I got a tankless water heater and it works like a charm. Vishnu is very reliable and reasonable to work with for all the HVAC needs. He is my go to person for any HVAC needs in the future.

Vishnu fixed a problem with my furnace blower fan as it had stopped working. He got the replacement part within a day and got it fixed. Also gave unbiased advice on how and when I should replace the furnace and didn’t try trick me in replacing the entire unit. Vishnu - A no nonsense guy!!! You can trust Vishnu and his expertise eyes closed. He saved me Tens of thousands of dollars with his expertise when my furnace stopped working. All other companies tried to scam me by telling to replace both furnace and AC unit and quoted an amount between 15-20K. When I consulted with Vishnu, he found out my circuit board had issues and asked me to replace it, the circuit board cost me only 200$ and till now no issues with my furnace. Only regular annual maintenance that’s it. A very humble and friendly person, amazing work ethics!!! I have recommended Vishnu to all my friends and would recommend everyone if you are looking for any HVAC related issues.

Always seems to be there when I need him. He kept my old system, running very efficiently and then when I changed over to gas he installed a whole new system and did it at a very far price. I would not use anyone else. Everything is great.
