H&M Heating and Cooling Company saved my day. Right from the time of the first phone call, Vishnu came across as a genuine and trustworthy professional that can deliver to the promise .
Our heating system went out, and had heat and hot water . When approached with an outside Heating company the Tech came up with an exorbitant quote. However, Vishnu was able to get it up and running quickly at a reasonable cost. He squeezed in time in his schedule and was accommodate the unplanned work.
Professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable.

Vishnu was awesome. He was very helpful, and responded immediately when I had a furnace failure. Diagnosed the problem over FaceTime after hours and fixed it the next day. Could not have asked for a better service.

I cannot recommend H&M Heating and Cooling highly enough. Based out of Newington and serving the Greater Hartford area, Vishnu and his team are the definition of professional, honest, and skilled services.
We recently used them for a full HVAC system maintenance (both heating and central air), and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Vishnu was incredibly responsive and came out promptly to give us an estimate. What impressed me most was his honesty, he gave us a clear, detailed quote with no hidden fees and explained what we genuinely needed without trying to oversell us on things we didn't. It's rare to find that kind of integrity, and the pricing was excellent for the high quality of work and equipment we received.

Vishnu was very reliable and easy to work with. His communication was clear and consistent and he delivered exactly what he said he would. He and his crew were quick, efficient and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. On top of that his pricing was by far the most reasonable I found. He provided great value without cutting corners. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable HVAC service.

I had an amazing experience with Vishnu from H&M. He came out to fix our central air, and do our yearly maintenance and not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but he also explained everything clearly and made sure the system was working perfectly before he left. He showed up on time, was super respectful of our home, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. It’s not easy finding reliable service these days, but Vishnu definitely earned our trust. I’ll be recommending him to everyone I know in need of HVAC services!
